Please take into account that the shoreline of Lac des Iles is mostly private property. Free fishing access at the Munipal beach or the Municipal wharf.
Good fishing spots from a boat you find all over the lake in deeper waters.
Please consult the bathymetric map in “SECURITY” or contact local fishermen.

The lake is yearly restocked with trout. The costs are shared by the Municipality and a Lake Association.

Game fish in Lac des Iles (Not complete yet)
An interactive bathymetric map (coming soon) will look similar to the screenshot below.
Blue-tinted parts mark shallow waters. Motorboats should avoid these areas or navigate with caution, and respect the 30 m distance to the shore at all costs.
Visible rocks are marked in red, rocks under the surface are not.
The planned interactive bathymetric map can also display different depths (Layers).
So you may decide for yourself in which depth you want to fish successfully.
